Legal Documents

Legal documents for each auction property are supplied to us prior to the auction which include: special conditions of sale, leases, plans, planning permission, title details and searches. They will be available for inspection at our office and in the auction room on the day of the sale.

If you would like to see a copy of a particular legal pack, we can email them out for free as a pdf attachment or send out hard copies at a cost of £25 each.
